Maternity Packages
Choose from 2 different types of pregnancy photoshoots based on the time you want to spend at your photoshoot, your desire for choice and creative control, and of course budget.

OPTION 1: Essential Portrait Package – when basic still means beautiful
Maybe you only want to capture the moment of your pregnancy and plan to dedicate more time to your newborn photography session – so a few beautiful maternity portraits is enough?
Maybe you want to spend less time in the studio?
Perhaps you want to save on the cost of your maternity package but still get the beautiful photographs you’ve always wanted?
Then maybe an Essential Portrait Package is for you.
Plan your own maternity photoshoot by selecting backdrop color choices through a catalogue sent to you before your family photography session. Answer a questionnaire to help us know how you like, and don’t like to be photographed and what is most important to you.
Then choose whether you want your maternity photo package to contain 5, 20 or 30 photos – and leave everything else up to us! You just need to show up on the day for your photoshoot and your digital photos will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of your maternity photoshoot.
With an Essential Portrait Package you get:

Your investment is paid up front but is all inclusive – so no additional session fee.

Between 45 minutes to 2 hours of the photographer’s time based on the package you have chosen.

Control over the colors used by pre-selecting them with an online questionnaire prior to the session – or let the photographer decide!

An online Preparation Guide to help you prepare for your maternity photography session.

Between 2-4 setups using different backgrounds and props, based on your pre-selected package.

Up to 4 family members photographed during your session (with a payment of $50 for each extra person).

Your pregnancy photoshoot can take place in a spacious and comfortable studio in Pakenham Upper, our outside the studio surrounded by greenery!

The ability to add on products to showcase your favourite photos – with all portrait products on display at the studio for you to see during your maternity photoshoot.

Your digital photos provided to you by downloading them directly from an email within 2 weeks of your photoshoot.
Prices for an Essential Portrait Package are:
5 digital photographs | 45 minute session | in studio or outdoors - $500
20 digital photographs | 90 minute session | in studio or outdoors - $850
30 digital photographs | 120 minute session | in studio or outdoors - $1200
OPTION 2 - Boutique Portrait Experience – Nothing but the best for you and your baby
A Boutique Portrait Experience is the level of service Caroline Flake Photography has been known for over 10 years of photographing families. It gives you the full support of your photographer to plan your special maternity photoshoot. Being pregnant is an amazing gift and your family will receive beautiful portraits specifically designed to suit your home décor as it’s discussed and carefully planned prior to your pregnancy photography session.
Including a pre-session design consultation and full support of your maternity photographer both before, during and after your family photography session, to help select and guide you on clothing choices, color combinations, and final product decisions to suit your home. Be shown the gowns that you are welcome to wear from the studio, or get assistance in what to choose from your own wardrobe.
You can relax and rest assured nothing is rushed with up to 2 hours of your photographer’s time on the day of your maternity photoshoot. Great for families with young children who may need extra attention and time to get the family portrait you’d love for your wall. A variety of different backdrops is used including both individual, couple and family portraits, to get the most variety out of your photos. There is time to stop, settle, and assist any young children who may need a bit of a break or run around!
You have full control in that you only choose which portrait package you want to purchase when you return for your in-person ordering session to view your fully edited photos. That way you know that you only buy portraits you truly love!
With a Boutique Portrait Experience you get:

A video call design consultation before your family photoshoot.

Assistance with clothing choices including unlimited email, text and calls prior to your maternity photoshoot to answer any questions or help choose your clothing.

Up to 2 hours for a pregnancy photoshoot so you don’t need to be concerned if young children need to be fed, or simply have “a moment” before they are photographed. Time is no issue so you can truly relax and enjoy the experience.

A photography session whilst you’re pregnant takes place in a spacious and comfortable studio in Pakenham Upper. Or you could choose to have part or all of your session outdoors in the beautiful green surroundings.

A variety of different neutral based backdrops and setups.

Include any number of family members and pets in your maternity photography session!

An Ordering Session in the studio to see your fully edited portraits where the photographer can assist with product type and sizes to truly showcase your portraits in your home.

All packages include digital copies of the portraits you choose.

You only need to choose your package when you see your portraits, rather than before the photoshoot so you only buy what you love!

15 digital photographs | up to 2 hours as required - $1300
